Due to the nature of our custom gift boxes, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations, but don’t worry, we are confident your recipient will love the gift!
We cannot accept returns or issue refunds. However, if you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will do our best to resolve the issue. We may request photos of the damage to assist in the resolution process. At our discretion we may wrap fragile items in bubble wrap to protect them from breaking.
We reserve the right to make last minute substitutions if an item is out of stock. We will make every effort to approve the substitution ahead of time, but if we don’t hear from you or the order volume will not allow enough time for us to contact you, we will make an appropriate item swap in the interest of getting your gift delivered in a timely manner.
If a gift is returned to us, you will receive email notification. You have 5 business days to respond with a new shipping address or the order will be cancelled or restocked without a refund. The reshipment fee is $12.99
